Reviews & comments
john cocks (2006, October 2)
A bit of a hit and miss album but still priceless songs to be heard. The first disc opens with the JOHN LENNON demo REAL LOVE givin to the remaining 3 BEATLES by YOKO and polished up why i dont why its doing JOHN LENNON or beatles any justice i just dont like it. Theres a few live songs thrown in a stripped down NORWEGIAN WOOD a different take of TAXMAN. Disc 2 is the hit disc three takes of STRAWBEERY FIELDS FOREVER with JOHN LENNON just guitar at home on a tape ,priceless, then theres A DAY IN A LIFE outtake sort of unplugged.A few outtakes from SGT. PEPPER, a take of I AM THE WARLRUS brilliant!.A fly on the wall album to the greatest group of all time, must be worth having in your record collection.
