A 8mm film, supposedly shot by a fan, was discovered in a drawer in Liverpool in the late 90's. It reportedly shows the Beatles performing in their black leathers on stage for this performance. The silent film appears to be authentic and therefore would be the earliest known film of the Beatles. It's unknown if it has been released in any form to the public. The Beatles, according to one source, also perform at the Town Hall in Litherland, Liverpool with Ray and the Del Renas. |
